Returns:
We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
It must also be in its original, unopened packaging.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email or communication channels like WhatsApp that the item has been received.
We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
Orders paid via Tamara or Tabby will be refunded through Tamara or Tabby only.
Return policy does not apply to Infinity Scent samples.
Exchanges:
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged.
You are also eligible for an exchange if the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original, unopened packaging within 7 days of receipt.
Shipping:
To return a product, you must send the item at your own expense.
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
We cover shipping costs only for products with defects or damages.
Infinity Scent Perfumes Purchased from Other Platforms:
Products purchased through other platforms are subject to the return and exchange policies of the respective platform.
International Orders:
Orders outside Saudi Arabia are not eligible for returns.
For international orders not received due to non-response, failure to pay customs fees, or any other reason, customs and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Important Notes:
Opened perfumes are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please use the attached sample to test the fragrance before opening.
